is not more than a thirty minute drive from my comfortable and familiar surroundings.
I planned to leave for the Blair family shoot with enough time to spare should I get lost, it was afterall my first visit to this charming little town that I will be sure to visit for pleasure more often.Upon first meeting Tasha and her darling daughters I can remember the excitement running through my tummy, what a beautiful family to begin with and such a great shooting location. Who could ask for anything more? The sun was shining and the light was perfect. What a great day!
We made our way to Harbour park (Harbourside?) and let the girls be girls. As we wandered the trails I could tell right form the start that I would get better shots if I just followed them around while they did their thing and I did mine. Every so often they'd toss me one of their megawatt smiles which in turn always made me smile.
Hard to resist a little girls charm no matter how old you are. I just wanted to pick them up and hug them. Maybe give their cheeks a pinch just for good measure.
Thank you so much Tasha for letting me photograph you and your girls, for letting me spend a few hours getting to know you and your family. I couldn't think of a better way I would have liked to spend the day. Thank you also for letting me revel in the gorgeous gardens in the front and at the back of your house, that was really incredible.
